Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions under which users may access and utilize the services provided by MHY-JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
By using these services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”), the user (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) agrees to abide by all provisions contained in these Terms.
Article 1 – Scope of Application
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Services.
- The Company may establish additional conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Supplementary Terms”) for specific services. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Supplementary Terms, the latter shall prevail.
Article 2 – User Registration
- Individuals wishing to use the Services must agree to these Terms and complete the registration process as specified by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any registration application under the following circumstances:
- If false information is provided.
- If the Company determines that the applicant may violate these Terms.
- If the Company, at its sole discretion, deems the application inappropriate for any reason.
Article 3 – Prohibited Conduct
Users shall refrain from engaging in the following activities while using the Services:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Acts that infringe upon the rights of the Company or any third party.
- Any action that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Services.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Company’s systems.
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 4 – Modifications, Suspension, or Termination of Service
- The Company may modify, add, or remove any part of the Services without prior notice to Users.
- The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the Services under the following circumstances:
- When performing system maintenance or inspections.
- In the event of natural disasters, communication failures, or other unforeseen circumstances that hinder the provision of Services.
- When the Company deems it necessary for operational or administrative reasons.
Article 5 – Disclaimer of Liability
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Services.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by Users as a result of using the Services.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any disputes or issues arising between Users or between a User and a third party.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property Rights
- All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
- Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying the content of the Services without prior authorization from the Company.
Article 7 – Handling of Personal Information
The Company shall handle Users’ personal information appropriately in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 8 – Revisions to These Terms
- The Company may revise these Terms at any time as necessary.
- Continued use of the Services following any changes to the Terms shall be deemed as the User’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes related to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the region of the Company’s headquarters as the court of first instance.
